Respecting Names at Champions Tuition

As many of you might know, I also run a YouTube channel teaching English online and sharing information about life in London. A resource I made 'How to Respect My Ethnic Name' has been shared over a million times on social media, and has been inplemented across dozens of universities internationally, schools, and even the NHS.

Names are so important and I wanted to share some things I do at Champions to ensure that names are included.

• Extra effort to learn and pronounce my students' names correctly

• Representation in my worksheets

• Asking for voicenotes so I can learn the pronunciation
